Strategic Role Purpose:
Design and implement accredited training programs for 300+ depot staff, ensuring compliance with SAHPRA GDP requirements and SETA standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop competency framework for pharmaceutical supply chain roles
• Obtain W&R SETA accreditation for in-house training programs
• Manage annual training budget
• Implement digital learning platforms for remote staff
• Coordinate SAHPRA-mandated GDP training
• Track B-BBEE skills development points

Critical Requirements:
✔ NQF 7 in HRD/Education + 8 years in healthcare logistics training
✔ Certified SETA moderator/assessor
✔ Proven experience designing:
– Cold chain handling curricula
– Pharmaceutical warehouse SOP training
– Dangerous goods certification
✔ Valid SACE registration (advantageous)

*Performance Metrics:*
• 90%+ staff competency certification rate
• 15% annual reduction in SOP violations
